We care like family because we are family! What you’ll be doing: Make the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluate the patient’s nursing needs. Meet Daily Productivity Standards. Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions. Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills. Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
