Schedule

This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

• MondayFriday, 7:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.
• 10-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break (You will work 4 days/week)
• Clinics are closed on weekends no Saturday or Sunday shifts

What You'll Do

You'll create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient by:

• Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism
• Managing incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries
• Scheduling appointments, referrals, follow ups, and co pays
• Assisting with insurance verification and prior authorizations
• Supporting clear communication between patients and providers
• Updating and maintaining accurate information in the EHR
• Helping keep the front desk organized, efficient, and patient ready

What You Bring

• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• EHR proficiency (Athena or eCW preferred)
• A positive attitude and a commitment to patient centered service
