Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Garland, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, shipping and receiving, team leadership, and process improvement. This position requires someone who is highly organized, bilingual, and able to lead warehouse staff while maintaining productivity, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement
• Supervise and lead a team of approximately 20 warehouse employees
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory accuracy and cycle counts
• Ensure warehouse procedures and safety standards are followed at all times
• Develop schedules, assign tasks, and manage workflow to meet production and shipping deadlines
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse
• Work closely with management and other departments to support operational goals
• Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Train, coach, and support warehouse team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of warehouse experience required
• Strong experience in shipping and receiving operations
• Previous warehouse leadership or management experience preferred
• Experience supervising teams of approximately 20 employees
• Bilingual required
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent time management abilities
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Proficient with warehouse systems, inventory tracking, and reporting preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures and activity levels
