The role focuses on insurance coverage matters, commercial litigation, liability defense, torts, and personal injury defense within a collaborative firm culture offering a flexible hybrid schedule. Key Eligibility Criteria Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Active membership in the Washington State Bar. Minimum of 3+ years of general liability experience. Local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities & Scope of Work Investigate insurance claims, review discovery, and take depositions. Represent clients in mediations and trial proceedings. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and coverage opinion letters. Provide strategic legal counseling and build lasting client relationships. Stipend, Compensation & Mode Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 (Dependent on Experience).
