Case Manager – Guardian Tax (Irvine, CA | In-Office)

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client cases from onboarding through completion
Provide consistent communication, updates, and high-quality client support
Partner with enrolled agents and compliance teams to move cases forward
Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Meet monthly performance targets while maintaining client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 6 months of experience in case management required
Strong communicators with a client-focused approach
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable learning and using new systems
Positive, coachable, and team-oriented

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay

Location: Irvine, CA (in-office only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
