Senior Case Manager – Personal Injury Law – Orange County Location: Costa Mesa, CA | Onsite Pay: $85,000–$100,000/year (exempt) + quarterly incentive bonus Shift/Schedule: Full-time, in-office Employment Type: Direct Hire Industry: Legal Experience: 7+ years Opportunity Summary A growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Costa Mesa is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to join its pre‑litigation team. This firm handles complex, high-value cases — including catastrophic injuries and commercial vehicle collisions — and needs a seasoned, bilingual professional who can manage a demanding caseload while delivering exceptional client service. This is a direct‑hire opportunity with strong compensation and real leadership potential within a collaborative legal team. Responsibilities Manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload involving catastrophic injury and commercial vehicle accident matters Coordinate and monitor medical treatment plans, including surgical and specialty care recommendations Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent guidance and case updates throughout the process Review and analyze medical records, operative reports, diagnostic imaging, and treatment recommendations Work directly with medical providers to facilitate treatment continuity and secure necessary documentation Maintain accurate, timely case documentation in Litify and other case management systems Collaborate with attorneys and internal departments to maximize case progression and client outcomes Identify treatment gaps, liability concerns, and case development opportunities Mentor and support junior case management staff as needed Qualifications Required: 7+ years of personal injury case management experience Significant experience handling high-volume caseloads involving catastrophic injury claims and commercial vehicle accidents Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish Extensive knowledge of surgical treatment workflows, including orthopedic, neurological, spinal, and pain management care Strong understanding of personal injury medical management and treatment coordination Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management databases Preferred: Previous experience as a team lead, trainer, supervisor, or mentor within a personal injury practice Proven ability to manage complex cases while maintaining a high level of client service Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to case management Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Quarterly incentive bonuses based on performance Professional growth and advancement opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer Eastridge Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
