Job Title: High Ticket Sales Consultant, Menopause Coaching
\nLocation: Remote (USA)
\nHours: Full-time (Flexible Scheduling Available)
\nCompensation: Base + Commission Structure. Base is $60,000 per year. With Commission OTE potential is $80,000-$110,000+
\n \nAbout Us:
\nLaura Lambe Fitness is a leading online menopause coaching company. We help women in perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause lose weight, sleep better and feel like themselves again through our high ticket 1-1 coaching program.
\n \nRole Overview:
\nWe are looking for a proven high ticket closer to run virtual sales consultations with women who have booked a call to learn about our 1-1 coaching program. Every call is pre-booked. No cold outreach.
\n \nYou will follow our proven call structure and script, explain why each woman's symptoms are happening in clear and simple language, and guide her to the right decision.
\n \nWhat you will do:
\n- Run 25 to 35 consultation calls per week
\n- Follow our call script and structure
\n- Handle objections and the financial conversation with confidence
\n- Log every call in our sales tracker and CRM
\n- Have your recorded calls QC'd weekly and apply feedback fast
\n- Maintain a minimum 30% close rate
\n \nWhat you need:
\n- Proven high ticket B2C closing experience (offers of $3,000+)
\n- Health, fitness or coaching sales experience is a strong advantage
\n- Evidence of hitting close rate targets in past roles
\n- Highly coachable. You love feedback and follow a process
\n- A genuine interest in women's health. Certification is a bonus, not a must
