Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum one year home health experience
• HCHB documentation experience
• Associate Degree

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Productivity Expectations: 30 points
• Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient

Location Highlights

Lancaster, Ohio offers access to both outdoor recreation and historic downtown attractions.
