Product Manager

Our client, a leader in temperature protection solutions, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the innovative product development team supporting the company’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Product Manager Southwest Chicago suburbs Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 What's the Job? Develop a competitive product roadmap for the QuiltTracker product through research, customer feedback, and market analysis. Support QuiltTracker customers through integration and launch phases, ensuring effective training tools and customer satisfaction. Define future software requirements and guide ongoing development processes in collaboration with IT and project management teams. Manage communication across teams regarding product updates and improvements, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing strategies. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities that drive revenue growth. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis. Proactive problem-solver with a keen ability to recognize business opportunities and articulate future value. Experience in business or academic research, with the ability to synthesize complex issues into digestible formats. Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members and customers. Intermediate data analytics skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
