Dayton, OH | Full Time | Travel Required | Respiratory Skilled Nursing

The Marketing Director/Hospital Liaison in our skilled nursing facility is a dynamic and innovative leader who will play a crucial role in promoting our organization's commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service. As a key member of our marketing team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, physicians' offices, and other healthcare organizations, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, patient referrals, and community engagement
• Collaborate with hospital and physician leaders to identify and address market gaps, trends, and opportunities for partnership
• Manage and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians' offices, and other healthcare organizations to promote our services and establish mutually beneficial partnerships
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and optimize results
• Create and disseminate marketing materials, including advertisements, promotions, and educational content
• Monitor and report on marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing and apply this knowledge to drive innovative marketing initiatives

• Travel to local hospitals and meet with case management teams regularly

Requirements:

• Previous Marketing and/or Liason experience in the healthcare setting, preferred
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, advertising, and public relations

• Willingness to travel to local hospitals and drive census related goals
