Overview Registered Nurse - ER in a travel, temporary assignment setting. ER specialty with Epic experience preferred. Location: Templeton, California. Start date: 08/17/2026. Duration: 8 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,369.00 to $2,481.00 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Nights, 12‑hour shifts (3x12). Setting: hospital-level care; acute care in a high-volume emergency department. Key Highlights Weekly pay range: $2,369.00 – $2,481.00 per week Contract duration: 8 weeks Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week Shift: Nights, 12‑hour shifts (3x12) Start date: 08/17/2026 Setting: travel temporary assignment in a hospital environment Epic electronic medical record experience or willingness to train Responsibilities Triage, assess, and stabilize patients presenting to the emergency department Monitor vital signs, interpret assessments, and respond to rapidly changing conditions Initiate IV access, administer medications, and perform needed procedures per protocol Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient care and perform accurate handoffs in the Epic system Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to regulatory standards Prioritize patient flow and provide teaching and support to patients and families as appropriate Requirements Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN) CPR/BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred ER nursing experience or strong exposure to acute care environments Proficiency with Epic or willingness to learn the Epic EMR system Ability to work nights and 12‑hour shifts; available for an 8‑week travel assignment Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills Benefits and Support Competitive weekly pay Guaranteed hours on assignment 24/7 recruiter and travel support Fast credentialing and onboardingHousing assistance available on eligible assignments Extension opportunities for additional travel assignments Dedicated support throughout the assignment Nationwide travel opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Healthforce
