Landscape Crew Leader

Wage Range $21-$23.00

Are you passionate about working outdoors and leading a team to create beautiful landscapes? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Landscaping Crew Leader!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading a crew in various landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, pruning, and maintaining
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all projects
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
• Provide training and guidance to crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience in landscaping or related field
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape design principles.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Team player with a positive attitude
