In this job…
You will lead the sales team and train them to leverage sales techniques to reach and help individuals make their cemetery purchases.
You will ensure team serves families in a compassionate, respectful, and professional manner
You will exhibit the values of the Catholic faith and serve as a role model to the team

$60,000 base salary

Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) partners with Catholic Dioceses across the U.S. in the operation of their cemeteries. We are founded in faith and provide a vibrant community for employees and families we serve. Think that you’re a good fit? We’re looking for someone with…
* 4-5 years in sales management
* Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results
* Sales training experience including cold-calling, prospecting, and pipeline management
* Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
* Knowledge of Catholic rituals and traditions
* Ability to prepare, forecast, and analyze budgets/financial reports
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong time management and multi-tasking ability
* Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology

Additional Pre-Employment Requirements

At the time of formal offer, the hiring team will facilitate:
- FBI/BCI fingerprint screening
- Diocese of Youngstown Safe Environment Training (VIRTUS certificate)
- Completion of Diocese of Youngstown Employment Application
