Direct Counsel has partnered with a firm growing California based law firm expanding into Washington, they are considered a powerhouse in the field of plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation. We are seeking a skilled  Associate Attorney to join their team, focusing on the prosecution of employment class and representative actions, involving wage-and-hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters. 

 

Hiring Criteria

All qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates must be either
  • (a) licensed to practice law in Washington or
  • (b) already licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and pending admission to the Washington Bar.

• The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Washington and have 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, including experience with discovery in the civil litigation context, oral advocacy and appearing in Court, motion practice and taking/defending depositions.

• Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation is a plus.

• Candidates must be able to travel on occasion.

• A positive attitude and interest in joining a highly successful firm and collegial group of 50+ attorneys dedicated to helping those who have experienced injustice in the workplace across Washington

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
