As an AI Technical Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of business, technology, and AI research, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and product teams. Your strong understanding of Python and AI technologies will help you effectively guide product development, prioritize features, and ensure solutions meet both customer needs and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and communicate product roadmap and features related to AI/NLP products.
- Gather and translate customer needs and market research into clear product requirements with technical context.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of AI solutions using Python, Langchain, LangGraph, RAG, and Agentic AI methodologies.
- Understand AI workflows involving retrieval-augmented generation and autonomous agent frameworks to guide product decisions.
- Manage product lifecycle, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders by effectively communicating AI concepts and product progress.
- Evaluate new AI tools and techniques, providing input on their potential impact on product features and strategy.
- Define success metrics and analyze product performance to inform continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in technical product management or related roles within AI, ML, or software development environments.
- Good understanding of Python programming and AI frameworks (Langchain, LangGraph).
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) principles and use-cases.
- Basic knowledge or exposure to Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret technical information and customer requirements.
- Effective communication skills, capable of working with interdisciplinary teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
