Now Interviewing: CNC MachinistLocation: Naples, FLSchedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMPay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on experienceAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team in Naples, Florida. Our facility produces high-quality, tight-tolerance components and assemblies for the aerospace, defense, and medical industries. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC setup experience and a commitment to quality workmanship in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.This is a hands-on machining position with a primary focus on machine setup, tooling, and process optimization. Programming experience is welcomed but not required.ResponsibilitiesPerform complete setup of CNC mills and/or lathes for production runs.Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions.Select, install, and verify tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets.Conduct first-piece inspections and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot setup or production issues.Measure and inspect finished components using precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other inspection equipment.Maintain tight tolerances for aerospace and medical manufacturing requirements.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve machining processes.Assist with process improvements and setup reduction initiatives.Follow all quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.Qualifications5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.Strong CNC setup experience on mills and/or lathes is required.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Experience working with tight-tolerance precision components.Familiarity with GD&T and precision inspection techniques.Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machining issues.Experience manufacturing aerospace, defense, medical, or other high-precision components is highly preferred.CNC programming experience is a plus but not required.BenefitsCompetitive starting pay of $35.00 - $45.00 per hourComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceStable Monday-Friday scheduleOpportunity to work on components for aerospace and medical applicationsClean, professional manufacturing environment with advanced machining equipmentWhy Join Us?Join a growing precision manufacturing company producing complex, high-performance components for some of the most demanding industries in the world.
