Location: Riverswalk Assisted Living Facility Dayton WA

Schedule: Full-Time Day (5:30am 6pm) & Night (5:30pm 6am) Shifts available

Compensation: CNA : $23.00 - $28.00 per hour; HCA : $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Shift Differentials: Evenings ($0.70); Nights ($1.25); Weekends ($1.00)

Sign-On Bonus: $3000 (for full-time status only)

Flexible Scheduling 2 Weekends/Month Required 1:10 CNA to Resident Ratio

• Status: Per Diem/Part-Time or Full-Time
• Schedule: Flexible 36 hours per week (3 days on 4 days off)

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CNA or HCA license
• BLS certification every 2 years; will help obtain
• Current First Aid Food Handlers Dementia and Mental Health certs preferred we will help you obtain!
  

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing dressing grooming mobility)
• Provide companionship and engage residents in activities
• Monitor and report changes in residents condition
• Help with meals and encourage participation in programs
• Maintain a clean safe and organized environment
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Support team spirit and positive community relations
