Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,186–$2,252 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am) Start date: 07/20/2026 Travel - temporary assignment Schedule includes every other weekend and holiday coverage Responsibilities Provide clinical nursing care to adolescent patients receiving inpatient behavioral health services Assess, document, and monitor patient status; participate in developing and implementing individualized care plans Administer prescribed medications; monitor for adverse effects; ensure correct identification and safe administration Respond to behavioral health crises and de-escalate situations using approved techniques; maintain patient and staff safety Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (psychiatry, social work, therapy, case management) to coordinate comprehensive care Maintain nursing standards and documentation compliance, including BLS compliance and incident reporting as required Requirements Active Ohio RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association One year Behavioral Health experience preferred; de-escalation training (Welle or CPI) preferred Ability to work in an inpatient adolescent behavioral health setting Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the engagement Housing assistance may be available for travel assignments Credentialing support to facilitate a quicker start Extension opportunities based on performance and staffing needs Nationwide assignments available (where applicable) Pay Disclaimer Rule Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
