Clinical Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Pharmacist
Nemours Children's Hospital
Nemours is hiring a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for its Wilmington, North Carolina location. You will provide and coordinate specialty pharmacy services, working closely with medical and pharmacy staff to enhance patient care and reduce medication errors. Key responsibilities include evaluating medication orders, providing specialized pharmaceutical services, and mentoring pharmacy interns. A Doctor of Pharmacy degree and hospital pharmacy experience are required, with a preference for candidates with pediatric experience.
