Our insurance agency is located in North Richland Hills TX, and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales Communicate with our hot leads Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed Understand the prospect's needs and identify sales opportunities Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services Stay informed about competing products and services Achieve high sales targets Have a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team Qualifications Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus Insurance experience is required Active Property and Casualty General Lines License in TX is required In addition to the P&C an Active Life and Health License in TX is preferred Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior Must be coachable Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening Must have strong interpersonal communication skills Must be motivated and determined Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Cold call and perform other lead generation activities.
