Project Coordinator | Construction (Confidential Search) Alpharetta, GA | $60K - $70K + Benefits | In-Office We are conducting a confidential search for a Project Coordinator to join a well-established and growing construction firm specializing in multifamily housing and development projects . This is a full-time, permanent role offering stability, growth, and excellent benefits. What You’ll Do Provide project coordination and administrative support across multifamily construction projects Assist with estimating and bid preparation Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and records Utilize Procore and related construction software to streamline project management What Were Looking For 1+ year of construction or project coordination experience (multifamily preferred) Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Associates degree or higher preferred Compensation & Perks Salary: $60K - $70K (based on experience) Full benefits package, including medical insurance Paid time off and vacation Opportunity to grow with a respected construction company Confidential Client Company name will be shared with qualified candidates in later stages.
