- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA strongly preferred for the VP Finance position.
- Progressive leadership experience across finance, accounting, and operations within a financial services organization.
- Demonstrated success as a VP Finance leader or comparable executive managing technology implementations, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Strategic finance leadership with the ability to partner across the organization.
- Experience managing complex financial operations and supporting executive-level decision making.
- A track record of developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.
