Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong consultative and communication skills
• Ability to provide direct fine motor and sensory interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve primarily in a consultative capacity, collaborating with staff and serving a caseload of approximately 25 students
• Deliver targeted direct therapeutic services for fine motor and sensory needs as required
• Document progress, consult with educators and families, and tailor interventions to student goals
• Commit to a flexible schedule (2 full days, or more days with reduced hours each week) from September 8, 2026, to June 16, 2027
• Maintain a positive, student-centered approach within a single building, focusing on third through fifth graders
