DPS is now hiring a  Practice Administrator  for a Hospital Facility in Houston, TX.  Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.  

Job Details:

Location: 7200 Cambridge Street, Houston, TX 77030

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Starting Pay Rate: $35.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient clinical and administrative workflows.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, billing, coding, and revenue cycle operations.
• Monitor practice performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical directors, and administrative leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve practice efficiency, patient care, and operational processes.
• Oversee administrative procedures, reporting, and departmental projects.
• Support practice growth, strategic planning, and quality improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field required.
• 1+ years of relevant healthcare experience in a team leadership role required.
• 4+ years of related experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.
• Previous medical practice or clinic management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of medical billing, coding, revenue cycle management, and healthcare compliance.
