Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Looking for a part-time job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office. Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay.
Requirements include interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, being people-oriented, having organizational skills, being self-motivated, being detail oriented, being proactive in problem solving, being dedicated to customer service, being able to learn computer functions, and obtaining a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license.

Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. About Our Agency
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in 4700 W Elms Rd, Killeen TX. 76549. Our office is open 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday, off on holidays and weekends. Additional languages spoken: Spanish.
