Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will have diverse responsibilities to ensure the effective delivery of mental health services. Your day-to-day tasks will include the following:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of students, developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customized to meet the unique preferences of each individual.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and reflects real-time patient progress.

• Collaborating closely with educators, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to create a coordinated care approach that supports students’ academic and emotional well-being.

• Participating in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance service delivery and share insights with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
