Job Description
Cap Sant is a mobile mental health team; it is a psychological support and medical orientation service.
The service supports and orients people in great precariousness (residents of accommodation structures CADA, CHRS, CHU...) in the Yvelines department and also offers psychological support and aid focused on the mental health of refugee individuals.
This position is offered within the psychological support of people in situations of great precariousness in accommodation centers and day care facilities.

Missions
The psychologist intervenes within accommodation or day care structures to ensure the psychological/psychosocial care of the accommodated individuals and to coordinate the care and social actors in the Yvelines department.
During permanences in accommodation centers and day care facilities:
- Provide individual consultations, in the form of formal or informal interviews (care, support, orientation...)
- Conduct group interventions (talk groups, psychoeducation, activities to identify and propose accompaniment)
Coordinate actions with professionals of the structures and all actors of the care system, particularly in the field of mental health and psychiatry.
Profile Sought
Competence: Construction of the conditions of an individual interview to propose psychological accompaniments to people in great precariousness / Clinical work / Identify risky situations to alert / Work in partnership and interdisciplinarity / Autonomy / Quality of listening to a vulnerable audience / Respect of the rules of confidentiality related to professional secrecy.
Expectations: Knowledge of the principles of work with people in precariousness and the specificities of care for people who have experienced trauma / Adapt to different places of exercise / Knowledge of the principles of the Aller/vers / Knowledge of the techniques of individual and collective interviews / Participate in team meetings, follow-up of the activity and service project / Participate in the clinical and psychopathological clarification of the people accompanied in the service within a multidisciplinary team.
Profile sought: Master 2 diploma in clinical psychology / Knowledge of vulnerable populations / Driving license required + car / English language practice desired.
