responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule routine and emergency maintenance activities, determining job scope, craft requirements, and material availability.

• Review work orders and prepare comprehensive planning packages, including detailed estimates, safety measures, technical information, and utility needs.

• Coordinate closely with Production and Maintenance leadership to establish work priorities, timetables, and scheduled commencement dates.

• Manage procurement and inventory for necessary materials, tools, and contractor selection to minimize equipment downtime and reduce spend.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, review completed jobs, and participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
