Senior Recruitment Consultant- Staffing agency- GTM Recruitment- Austin - Candidate focused After building our US presence over the last 5 years, initially from the UK, we then launched in NYC in 2024. We opened our second office in Austin in January, and we are looking to grow again! This role will be candidate- and delivery-focused, but we are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who can generate leads and maximise relationships and accounts. About 11 Investments: 11 Investments is a group of specialist recruitment businesses built by entrepreneurs working collaboratively towards one goal: partnering top talent with a diverse client base. We are formed of 8 brands (3Search, Tenzing Search, FinRox, NearTech Search, Tarka Talent, Edenity, Datadai, and FIFTEEN West) covering markets including sales, marketing, and consulting across the UK and US. 2025 has been our best revenue year ever, even better than 2022. 2026 is on track to be our best year yet!
