Senior Medical Courier-Tampa
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a Senior Medical Courier for its Tampa logistics team to transport medical specimens and lab supplies across multiple routes. The role includes training new couriers, managing pickups, and ensuring safe specimen handling while operating company vehicles Monday through Friday, 1:00pm–9:30pm, with flexibility for shift coverage.
Responsibilities
- Provide floater coverage across various courier routes as needed
- Train new couriers and drivers on route procedures
- Load supplies and complete daily pickup schedules on time
- Transport specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently
- Operate company vehicle safely and follow all traffic regulations
Requirements
- 3+ years courier or driver experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- At least 21 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical demands
- Strong punctuality and time management skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving capability for customer issues
