Benefits 401(k) matching Competitive salary Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Training & development Wellness resources Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a BCBA Master’s degree or higher Experience in in-home services, school support, and provider consultation (preferred) Comfortable working with individuals of all ages and functioning levels Strong leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for learning, mentoring, and training others Responsibilities Creating and implementing training programs Supporting Senior RBTs in meeting their supervision hours for fieldwork Training and mentoring new BCBAs and Assistant Supervisors Collaborating with onboarding team for new hires Conducting company-wide ABA trainings every other month Managing a supervisory caseload Other similar leadership tasks Managing caseload 60-75% of the time, providing high-quality supervision to clients Dedicating 25-40% of time to leadership, training, and mentoring tasks for the team This is a full-time, in-person position in Kansas City and surrounding areas, with remote capabilities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a passion for shaping and developing new BCBAs to maximize our community impact.
