This individual will serve as a critical bridge between the Financial Aid office and technology teams, ensuring continuity of operations during the transition of a long-tenured subject matter expert. The ideal candidate will bring extensive PeopleSoft Financial Aid experience and be capable of stepping into a highly automated environment with minimal onboarding. This consultant will be responsible for supporting complex Financial Aid processes, troubleshooting batch job failures, investigating production issues, optimizing PeopleSoft Queries, and maintaining custom Equation Engine automations. The role requires an experienced analyst who understands Financial Aid processing cycles, can quickly interpret existing system configurations, and is comfortable working within a fast-paced production support environment. Experience navigating system upgrades, regulatory changes, and enterprise-level Financial Aid operations will be highly valued.Day-to-Day: • Support PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Financial Aid production operations • Monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate batch job failures and process issues • Analyze and optimize existing PS Queries used to automate operational workflows • Support and maintain complex Equation Engine automations and business rules • Research production issues and identify root causes within underlying Financial Aid processes • Partner with Financial Aid, Bursar, and technology teams to resolve system and operational issues • Assist with testing, validation, and ongoing support related to Financial Aid system changes and regulatory updates
