Forklift Operator SmartTalent is hiring for a Food Production company in Arlington. These are Temp to Hire Forklift Driver positions that offer full time hours. Ideal candidate will have forklift certification and experience with stand up forklifts and receiving experience.
LOCATION: Arlington, WA
PAY: $21 - $23 DOE
*Pay depends on shift and experience level
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday - 7am - 330pm

Job Responsibilities: • Operate forklifts and hand trucks to transport materials throughout the facility, supporting both warehouse and production needs.
• Prepare and stage materials in advance for the next day's production schedule.
• Utilize stretch wrap banding equipment to secure outgoing shipments.
• Pick, pack, and ship all orders with accuracy and care.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Lead and Supervisor to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and dispatched on schedule.
• Receive, inspect, and document all incoming deliveries, confirming both quality and quantity.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of shipping supplies and materials using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Qualifications: • Current forklift certification
• Previous experience working in a Receiving Department
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Experience using WMS and basic computer programs (e.g., Word, Excel, shipping platforms)
• High school diploma or GED
