Relationship Banker

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, ATM, and other self-service resources Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions Have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs Follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls Drive the client experience Manage cash responsibilities Train at one financial center and potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance based on business needs Requirements High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships Effective and confident communication skills Ability to identify client solutions based on needs Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations Efficient time and capacity management Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed FDIC/loan Originator hiring restrictions apply 40 hours per week Ability to work in an in-office culture Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance is desired One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals is desired Six months of cash handling experience is desired Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions is desired Core Competencies Demonstrates strong client engagement and relationship-building skills while effectively educating clients on financial solutions and self-service technologies.
