What You’ll Tackle

• Assemble and machine parts following documented procedures and quality criteria.
• Read and apply work orders to confirm specs, materials, and sequence.
• Inspect materials and parts for defects prior to assembly.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production machinery correctly and safely.
• Run manufacturing equipment efficiently to meet throughput targets.
• Validate finished goods against required specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work area.
• Comply with all plant safety guidelines and regulations.
• Support assembly process flow and productivity improvements.
• Report equipment malfunctions or process issues promptly to appropriate personnel.

What It Takes

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred (assembly, machining, or similar).
• Ability to read/interpret work instructions and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable hand-eye coordination.
• Safe, effective use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Basic knowledge of quality control practices.
• Team-oriented communicator who supports shared goals.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with production deadlines.
• Physical capability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.

You’re Proficient In

• Machine building and assembly operations
• Machine setup for production runs
• Holding a High School Diploma / GED
