Job Description
Seville Care is urgently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) for day and night 12-hour shifts. This role involves working as part of a nursing team with some supervisory responsibilities, delivering compassionate care to patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. Starting pay varies based on license and experience, with new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and support
Administer medications accurately and safely
Monitor and record vital signs regularly
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
Participate in care planning and patient education
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
Conduct thorough shift handovers to ensure continuity of care
Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards

Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level nursing experience preferred
Active LPN or RN license
Proficiency in patient care, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Strong critical thinking and time management skills
Ability to work well within a team setting
