We’re Hiring for the 2026–2027 School Year at Innovation Charter High School! We are currently hiring both General Education and Special Education teachers in the following areas: ELA: for educators passionate about helping students grow as readers, writers, thinkers, and communicators across high school grade levels Math & Math Intervention : for educators who love building student confidence and problem‑solving skills in courses such as Pre‑Algebra, Algebra, Applied Math, or Pre‑Calculus Science: for educators excited to bring inquiry, experimentation, and discovery to life in Chemistry, Biology, Earth & Space Science, or Physics classrooms We're also looking for teachers with specialties in: Art (Foundations & Multimedia Arts): for creative educators passionate about helping students explore identity, creativity, and expression through visual and multimedia arts This hiring season, we're especially excited to connect with educators who hold New York State teaching certification in their subject area and/or Special Education, or who are actively on the pathway toward certification and eager to continue growing their practice in a collaborative school community.
