Achieve financial objectives including revenue growth, profitability, and market share. Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and hotel associates. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service delivery. Drive revenue management, sales, and marketing initiatives. Maintain brand standards and operational compliance. Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor financial performance and implement improvement strategies. Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment. Build strong relationships with guests, associates, ownership, and community partners. Ensure compliance with all company, brand, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of General Manager experience in a branded hotel environment. Marriott experience strongly preferred. Proven record of achieving financial and operational goals. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Experience managing hotel budgets, P&L, forecasting, and revenue strategies. Demonstrated success in guest satisfaction and associate engagement. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred. Preferred Experience Courtyard by Marriott experience Select-service hotel leadership experience Revenue management knowledge Sales and market strategy experience Talent development and succession planning Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
