Interim Beauty Counter Manager - Kenwood Towne Centre

Summary Lead the Beauty Rituals counter at Nordstrom, delivering personalized beauty experiences and driving sales. This interim full-time role is anticipated to continue until May 2027. Responsibilities Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products suited to customers' beauty goals. Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media. Schedule and execute vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Build customer loyalty, process sales and returns, and keep the department organized and customer-ready. Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment. Requirements Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills. Ability to build customer relationships, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
