Responsibilities Operate a lube/fuel service truck to deliver fuel, grease, lubricants, and fluids to mobile and stationary equipment across the quarry. Perform scheduled lubrication on loaders, haul trucks, excavators, crushers, conveyors, and other heavy machinery. Service diesel pumps, including fueling, checking fluid levels, and performing basic preventative tasks. Monitor fluid levels (engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, DEF, etc.) and top off as needed. Document all service activities, including fuel usage, lubrication intervals, and equipment condition notes. Inspect equipment visually for leaks, loose fittings, or safety concerns and report issues promptly to maintenance or supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service truck, tools, and work areas. Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout, PPE requirements, and quarry traffic rules. Support operations by responding to fueling or lubrication needs as they arise throughout the shift. Maintain accurate service logs. Work independently while staying connected with the operations team. Operate a lube/fuel truck safely on quarry terrain.
