Pay Rate-- Up to $65/ hr comb in ed (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, hous in g, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.  

Job Summary:  
Provides d ir ect care to patients  in a general medical-surgical sett in g. Manages a variety of medical conditions,  assists with post-operative recovery, performs assessments, adm in isters medications, and ensures patient comfort and well-be in g.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.  

• Monitor vital signs and patient status.  

• Provide pre- and post-operative care, wound care, and pa in management.  

• Adm in ister medications and treatments,  observ in g for reactions.  

• Ma in t a in   accurate patient records and collaborate with physicians and care teams.  

• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications.  

• Adhere to  in fection control and safety protocols.  

• Respond to emergencies and  assist   in life-sav in g procedures as needed.  

Requ ir ements:  

• RN license  in state of assignment.  

• BLS  requ ir ed ; ACLS preferred.  

• Experience  in medical-surgical units preferred.  

• Strong cl in ical, assessment, and communication skills.  

Work Env ir onment & Demands:  

• Hospital sett in gs (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).  

• Rotat in g shifts, nights, weekends, holidays.  

• Physical demands  in clude stand in g, lift in g patients/equipment, and stress management.
