Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintenance of ongoing reporting and planning tools Assistance in materials, purchasing and inventory planning Designing and implementing methods to gather and manage supply chain data Establish, maintain KPIs relating to planning and forecasting Evaluating supply chain specific processes, anticipating business requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities A bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred Minimum 2-4 years working experience in supply chain activities and inventory management required; general understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook; experience in gathering, modeling and analyzing supply chain data A track record of following through on commitments Drive for excellence in accuracy and attention to detail Advanced communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to produce solutions Physical Requirements/Working Conditions Hybrid work schedule, required to be present in office majority of days each week Open office environment Evening and weekend work as job duties demand Occasionally requires lifting up to 50lbs as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities Additional Details and Benefits Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401K Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Parental Leave, Tuition Reimbursement, and more.
