Customer Education Specialist

To support a growing B2B business, the part-time Customer Education Specialist will lead onboarding, deliver live training, and curate educational resources for university and enterprise partners in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead onboarding and implementation sessions, delivering live virtual training for faculty, students, and coaches Own and maintain customer-facing educational resources, ensuring content is current as the product evolves Build and run adoption programs, including Train-the-Trainer certifications and adoption campaigns to drive product usage Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer education, training, instructional design, or customer operations Comfortable facilitating live virtual training with diverse audiences Strong written communication skills for producing guides and documentation Working knowledge of CRM tools and highly organized with strong follow-through Curiosity about AI tools and quick adoption of new technology
