Human Development Services of Westchester (HDSW) is seeking a Certified Peer Specialist / Peer Care Manager for the Living Room (LR) to support guests during emergency department or hospital diversion services. This role emphasizes person-centered, trauma-informed care to empower recovery and improve quality of life.
