You'll drive the project to ensure we exceed our client's expectations!The Multifamily Construction Superintendent is the mastermind behind the project. You'll manage large multi-family new construction projects to the finish line. You aim to build trusting relationships with team members, subcontractors, architects, owners, and inspectors.Our commitment to affordable housing projects directly impacts the community and drives each of us here at UrbanCore.We draw on our diverse project expertise to construct multifamily affordable housing better and faster than the competition, allowing us to realize our impact on the community sooner.Responsibilities of a Multifamily Construction SuperintendentAs a Multifamily Construction Superintendent, your passion, creativity, and willingness to do whatever it takes to guarantee every project becomes a masterpiece!Manage and Lead the Team: Manage everyone involved in the project to ensure the plan is clear, expectations are understood, and everyone works together efficiently. The Superintendent is also responsible for training the next generation of leaders by mentoring the Assistant Superintendents.Oversee the Job from Start to Finish: You'll ensure the project stays on schedule.Safety First: Always remain proactive and ensure all safety standards are met. You are always ready for an OSHA inspection, 100% of the time.Communication & Collaboration: Take center stage in promoting the UrbanCore values and culture to anyone involved, from trade partners, team members, owners, and inspectors.Project Details: Maintain a firm grasp of every project detail, from plans, submittals, sequencing, and documentation.What You Need to Succeed as a Multifamily Construction SuperintendentThis role isn't just for anyone. Having fun makes work and life better!Multifamily Construction Superintendent Skills & Experience Requirements5+ years of construction experiencePreferred software competencies: Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office SuiteFamiliarity with interpreting site plansExperience maintaining accurate project documentationKnowledgeable on safety standards to maintain project safetyExperience with site management and leading projectsAbility to lead, mentor, and train team members and trade partnersExperience creating look-ahead schedules and closeoutsBenefits & PayAnnual salary of $100,000 - $135,000 per year, plus a BONUS.Employee Health Coverage, 100% paid by the company.401K with Company Match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%.Flexible time offIf this Multifamily Construction Superintendent role sounds like a good fit for you, APPLY TODAY!
