Location: Main office in Melville, NY Position is fully remote. The successful candidate must reside local to Melville, NY.

Type: Contract role with potential for long-term extension (not guaranteed)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client's operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and accuracy in administrative work are essential.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide general administrative and operational support
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Proofread and review documents for accuracy and clarity
Assist with various projects as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative or similar support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe applications is required (assessments will be given to test for proficiency)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and general computer applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work remote Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $26.00
