COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $190,000 - $220,000 (commensurate with experience) Bonus: 25% to 45%JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the booking and ongoing monitoring of complex private and illiquid investments, including structured instruments, royalty interests, and private equity positions within the portfolio accounting system. Coordinate with fund administrators to calculate and review management and performance-based fees in accordance with fund documentation and side letter agreements. Support investor capital reconciliation by reviewing administrator allocations and internal shadowing processes; address investor and consultant queries in coordination with Investor Relations.THE FIRM
