The Picker/Packer role involves efficiently handling fragile, non-perishable, and mixed products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Working within a large team, this position focuses on maintaining safety and accuracy while ensuring speedy order fulfillment during standard 8-hour shifts.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately based on product specifications
- Pack items securely to protect fragile goods
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy
- Sort and label products efficiently for shipment
- Maintain safety standards throughout the warehouse
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years in warehouse operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of packaging techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work well in a large team environment
- Effective communication skills
