Description

Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Mail Services Supervisor to support daily mailroom and workplace operations at a corporate office in Austin, TX . This 2-month onsite contract role is ideal for an organized and customer-focused professional with experience in mail services or office operations. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day mailroom activities while supporting conference room setup, office supply management, and general administrative functions to ensure a smooth workplace experience. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mailroom operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Print, sort, stuff, and distribute mail throughout the facility.
• Coordinate and perform conference room resets to prepare meeting spaces for daily use.
• Monitor, organize, and replenish office and mailroom supplies.
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional mailroom environment.
• Support workplace services by completing administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Respond to internal requests and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.
• Ensure mailroom processes are completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with additional office services projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Must Have Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in mail services, office services, administrative support, or a related field.
• Experience processing, sorting, and distributing mail.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous supervisory or lead experience.
