Position Overview

We're looking for a relationship-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from partnering with hiring managers and sourcing top talent to delivering an outstanding candidate experience. What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create engaging job postings and source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings.
• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics using the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruiting processes and achieve hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for hourly/non-exempt positions preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
